The Las Almas Group pursues a clear, growth-oriented model with the goal of establishing modern neurotherapeutic institutes in various European countries. Our institutes represent a high level of professionalism in the medical and therapeutic fields, with in-depth expertise, using certified medical devices and scientifically recognized therapeutic procedures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las ALMAS Holding GmbH<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The central holding company of the Las Almas Group currently holds 60% of the shares<\/strong> at the institute locations being established in Europe. The remaining 40 %<\/strong> are distributed across Investors (20 %)<\/strong> and silent partners (20 %)<\/strong>, mostly experienced doctors and therapists from various medical disciplines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    From 2027 onwards, the expansion will be Franchise model<\/strong> Las ALMAS Holding GmbH will continue to participate with 25% of the shares<\/strong>, while 75% of investors<\/strong> Every new FRANCHISE LAS ALMAS Institut GmbH<\/strong> is based on proven standards, therapeutic excellence and state-of-the-art technology.<\/p>\n\n\n

    The structure of the Las Almas Group<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Las Almas Group pursues a holistic approach to psychotherapeutic and neurotechnological therapies in Europe. Its structure combines psychosomatic medicine, integrative therapy, academic education, and the promotion of scientific exchange through a planned three-country study.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In addition, the Las Almas Group will establish a foundation with the aim of helping people in need through targeted support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. LAS ALMAS Institute<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    Our institutes offer the Hybrid Intensive Therapy<\/strong> as well as an expanded range of modern, neurotechnological treatments. The goal is to create facilities that are particularly attractive due to their location, therapeutic offerings, and a recovery-promoting environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The Post E-Health<\/strong> Therapy from Las Almas Group is an innovative aftercare program that ensures long-term therapeutic success and supports patients even after intensive treatment. Based on digital tools, personal support, and neurobiological insights, this program supports people in integrating what they have learned in the therapeutic process into their everyday lives \u2013 continuously, individually, and regardless of location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    2. LAS ALMAS Academy<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    From 2026, the LAS ALMAS Academy<\/strong> was founded with the aim of training therapists and doctors in modern psychological procedures as well as in the use of innovative technologies such as neurofeedback, rTMS, light experience (Lucia N\u00b003) and much more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The academy is aimed at:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3. LAS ALMAS Foundation<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      The ALMAS Foundation<\/strong> LAS ALMAS is a non-profit organization financed through endowments, donations, and grants. It supports patients in acute life situations who cannot afford treatment themselves. Funding is allocated by an independent committee \u2013 treatments outside of LAS ALMAS institutes can also be supported.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. LAS ALMAS Specialist Center<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Once a year, the Las Almas Group organizes a Symposium\/Congress<\/strong> in cooperation with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
