Integrative therapy – Personal. Holistic. Effective.
The integrative therapy at Las Almas is based on a modern, scientifically sound understanding of mental health. We combine depth psychology, behavioral therapy, systemic, and body-oriented approaches to create a customized therapy concept—always adapted to your individual life situation, your symptoms, and your goals.
The focus is on the person as a whole: with their biography, their body, their nervous system, and their emotional processing. Our therapeutic process is dialogic, resource-oriented, and focused on sustainable change.

- Trauma therapy – body and attachment oriented, if desired with EMDR, SE or other specialized methods
- Integrative body therapy – for processing physically stored experiences, tensions and chronic stress
- Biofeedback training – for the active control of vegetative processes such as breathing, heart rate or muscle tone
