The Las Almas Group pursues a clear, growth-oriented model with the goal of establishing modern neurotherapeutic institutes in various European countries. Our institutes represent a high level of professionalism in the medical and therapeutic fields, with in-depth expertise, using certified medical devices and scientifically recognized therapeutic procedures.
Las ALMAS Holding GmbH
The central holding company of the Las Almas Group currently holds 60% of the shares at the institute locations being established in Europe. The remaining 40 % are distributed across Investors (20 %) and silent partners (20 %), mostly experienced doctors and therapists from various medical disciplines.

Silent partners are usually medical specialists from general medicine, neurology, psychiatry, gynecology, anesthesiology, pain and palliative medicine, rheumatology as well as psychosomatic medicine and therapy.
From 2027: Franchise model

The structure of the Las Almas Group
The Las Almas Group pursues a holistic approach in the field of psychotherapeutic and neurotechnological therapies in Europe. Its structure combines psychosomatic medicine, integrative therapy, academic education, and support of scientific exchange through a planned three-country study.
In addition, the Las Almas Group will establish a foundation with the aim of helping people in need through targeted support.
1. LAS ALMAS Institute
Our institutes offer the Hybrid Fast Therapy as well as an expanded range of modern, neurotechnological treatments. The goal is to create facilities that are particularly attractive due to their location, therapeutic offerings, and a recovery-promoting environment.
The Post E-Health Therapy from Las Almas Group is an innovative aftercare program that ensures long-term therapeutic success and supports patients even after intensive treatment. Based on digital tools, personal support, and neurobiological insights, this program supports people in integrating what they have learned in the therapeutic process into their everyday lives – continuously, individually, and regardless of location.
2.LAS ALMAS Academy
From 2026, the LAS ALMAS Academy was founded with the aim of training therapists and doctors in modern psychological procedures as well as in the use of innovative technologies such as neurofeedback, rTMS, light experience (Lucia N°03) and much more.
The academy is aimed at:
- medical professionals
- Psychotherapists
- interested private individuals
After successfully completing the modules, participants receive a certificate of participation issued by the Almas Academy.
3. LAS ALMAS Foundation
The ALMAS Foundation is a non-profit organization funded by endowments, donations, and grants. It supports patients in acute life situations who cannot afford treatment themselves. Funding is allocated through an independent committee; treatments outside the LAS ALMAS Institutes can also be supported.
4. LAS ALMAS Specialist Center
Once a year, the Las Almas Group organizes a Symposium/Congress in cooperation with:
- Universities and specialist groups
- Clinics, rehabilitation centers, insurance companies, providers
- Technology and process developers
The aim is to exchange information on current studies and new developments in the field of psychological, psychotherapeutic and neurotechnological therapies across disciplines.
