The hypnagogic light experience is an innovative, non-invasive approach to promoting deep states of relaxation, mental regeneration, and expanded states of consciousness – through the power of light alone. Rhythmically pulsating light frequencies are perceived via a special LED light source with closed eyes. Combined with music, it creates a fascinating experience of colors, patterns, and inner images – comparable to meditative or psychedelic states, but entirely without substances.

How does the application work?
During the session, you lie relaxed with your eyes closed in front of the light source. After just a few minutes, a deep state of relaxation sets in, often accompanied by vivid inner images, insights, or emotional clarification.
