Hille Beseler-Roth

Years of professional work with body, voice and emotions as an actress led me to bodywork and ultimately to trauma therapy.

For over 15 years I have worked as a qualified practitioner of the Grinberg Method® with people and have completed the training to become a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner.

The focus of my work is the body as a central resource with its self-healing powers and the ability of us humans to connect body and mind.

I see it as my duty and my calling to accompany and support people in leading a more self-determined and pleasant life.
