Why Las Almas?

Psychoanalysis always sees the human psyche as intertwined with an embodied body. This is an understanding of spirit that is found cross-culturally in shamanic practices and psychotechniques, and also finds expression in the state of intoxication. Working at Almas seems to me an opportunity to put such an understanding into practice with modern technologies in a practical and empirically validated way, while also learning more about the human mind.
